If the customer finds that the goods have quality problems, they should stop using them immediately, and can directly contact the mall customer service center within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods. If the quality problem is confirmed after testing, the customer can choose to exchange the product, and the mall will provide new products with the same specifications and quantity as the original products for replacement.
1. In one of the following situations, the "Mall" shall not be liable for replacement
1. Any product not purchased from the mall.
2. Any product with damaged packaging or quality problems caused by improper use or storage by the customer.
3. Any product that exceeds the shelf life due to customer reasons.
